Your membership includes all of our group fitness classes and amenities. All members have access to our red light therapy sauna, cold plunge, and all equipment.
Yes! When you sign up for a membership, you will receive a complimentary thirty-minute consultation with a trainer. If you have any questions about our trainers or how to get started, visit the Trainers tab on this website or come in and see the front desk.
Yes, we allow members to freeze their membership for up to 3 months each year of their membership. Please see the front desk in order to fill out a Freeze Request Form.
